Liesa is the Founder and Architect of NHERG (Natural Heritage Energy Resource Governance), a global consulting ecosystem established in 2012 and shaped by decades of lived experience, leadership, and community service. Her work guides individuals and communities toward clarity, self-governance, and legacy through structured, grounded, and enduring frameworks designed to turn awareness into responsible action.

Before the books. Before the expansion. Before the present-day architecture, there was the lived experience. The Founder Archive preserves selected moments from the personal, professional, creative and transformational journey of Liesa “Phoenix Sundance” El. These films, photographs, writings and milestones document the evolution of the Founder and the body of work that developed into NHERG.
The story is not being reconstructed after the fact. Parts of it were documented while they were happening.

THE BEGINNING WAS ALREADY BEING DOCUMENTED
In 2019, Liesa “Phoenix Sundance” El celebrated her 50th Solar Return in Phoenix, Arizona during an extraordinary Noche en Blanc affair.
It was a celebration of life, experience, transformation and a major personal milestone.
But the original footage captured something else.
NHERG was already present.
Early NHERG imagery and the NHERG logo can be seen within the original video presentation, providing a visual record of the early identity and creative expression of what would continue developing over the years that followed.
What was being captured as a milestone birthday celebration also became part of the Founder’s historical archive.
The woman.
The experience.
The vision.
The energy.
Today, that early expression can be viewed through a different lens.
NHERG has continued to develop through the Founder’s lived experiences, published works, intellectual property, wellness activation, enterprise development, education, legacy initiatives and Founder-led experiences.
The footage provides an authentic historical marker within that continuing evolution.
